Tuition / Fees 2025-2026

Student Registration Fee: (All students) $25 student. This nonrefundable fee secures your child’s spot for the upcoming school year. Due upon enrollment of new students or March 1st for returning students.

Curriculum Fee: (All students) $175 per student. This nonrefundable fee covers testing, textbooks and consumables needed for the upcoming school year. Due upon enrollment of new students or March 1st for returning students.

Utilities Fee: (All students) $125 per student. This money is paid directly to Cora’s Grove Church to be utilized towards electricity, insurance, maintenance etc. Due annually on October 1st.

Janitorial Fee: (All students) $75 per student. This money is paid towards the cleaning our school building. Due annually on the first day of School.
Tuition (August 1st through May1st) Tuition may be paid in full or paid monthly over a 10 month period. Payments are due on the 1st of each month starting August 1st.
1st Child : $353.00 Monthly / $3530.00 annually
Siblings thereafter : $317.70 (10% discount) / $3177.00 annually

Senior Fee: (All seniors) $50 per student….This money is utilized to cover diplomas, diploma covers and senior cords. (Due December 1st)

Late Fee/Returned Checks
Late Fee $20.00: Applied after the 5th of each month (unless we are not in school ex: Breaks)
Returned check Fee: $25.00
Early Withdrawal Fee: $250 per student: You are enrolling your child for the entire year, budgets, and teacher contracts are set accordingly. An early withdrawal creates a space that PCA may not be able to fill. Fees are nonrefundable and no refunds on prior payments will be given.
